Since 2010, I’ve helped the City of College Station execute a strategic social media presence designed to (1) extend the city’s brand, marketing and messaging; (2) improve two-way communication with residents; and (3) direct people back to the city’s website. College Station surpassed 15,000 likes – or subscribed viewers – in 2016.

I also assist with graphics and messaging for College Station’s promoted posts on Facebook. These posts allow Facebook page owners to target audiences by age range, location and interests. Using promoted posts during the marketing campaign for the city’s first Trick-or-Treat event, the city reached 88,960 region-wide Facebook users.
